EKTA’s own hi-tech manufacturing facility is located 135 from Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine, and is equipped with the most up-to-date high precision machinery from world recognized companies. The production process is based on cutting edge technology and leading brand components.

Two automatic SMT assembly lines produce clusters of indoor video modules and parts of the power supply units. Each line consists of a stenciled printer for applying soldering paste, an efficient SMC mounter and a multi-zone conveyor oven. The third efficient complex SMT/DIP assembly line manufactures clusters of outdoor video modules. This line is equipped with two efficient robots for DIP component installation and two double sided reflow soldering machines. Working in parallel, all three lines allow simultaneous assembling of the whole spectrum of printed circuit boards for modules of all different models of LED video screens. All finished clusters go through assembly quality control using an optical device. During production special attention is paid to the technological process of cluster moisture protection and to the sealing of power supply units with quality compounds.

All EKTA products undergo multilevel tests for compliance with the known world quality standards. Additionally, EKTA products undergo the company’s unique system of quality tests during the production process and afterwards in simulated critical situations (including operation under conditions of peak loading and mechanical overstressing and testing of moisture protection by full submergence). Also the EKTA production facility has its own measuring laboratory certified by the State Standardization Authority. It is used for the testing of technical specifications of all products.

In 2006, EKTA’s quality control and product testing system was praised by professionals from TNO, a Dutch certification company in the field of quality management systems. EKTA quality control system is certified according to ISO 9001:2008 standards in the fields of designing, manufacturing, delivery, installation and after-sales service of large LED displays.
